New Heart Foundation nutrition guidelines

The Heart Foundation (Australia) has recently published their extensive review of the evidence around dietary fat, dietary sterols for cardiovascular health. Their position statement contains ‘best bet’ dietary strategies for lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol and protecting the heart and blood vessels. Here is a summary of their conclusions.
